The rally will feature a range of notable speakers on these issues, including National Urban League President and CEO Marc H. Morial, Houston Area Urban League President and CEO Judson Robinson, Harris County Attorney Christian D. Menefee, Houston City Council Member Tiffany D. Thomas.
